The best and most innovative technology is researched and assessed for use within our Eco Pod buildings.  The outcomes of these materials and devices are accessed on their energy efficiency, speed of construction, cost, and ongoing maintenance requirements.  The products that give the best balance of these criteria are designed into the Eco Pod.

The selection of the best technology is then designed and integrated into the buildings to allow us to quickly construct the most energy efficient and attractive building possible.

The design relationship between the building envelope and the systems that operate within that building should result in our desired outcome.

The ultimate goal of the research, design and integration is to supply an Eco Pod that is close to carbon neutral as possible.  We measure the performance of buildings in regard to the overall energy use in the same way as a modern car is assessed on the amount of fossil fuels it consumes.  Our goal is to produce carbon neutral buildings that require very little maintenance.
